My mum and I ordered take away from here while visiting Penrith. The food was incredible. Really fast, really tasty, and good, sturdy containers for the food. The wonderful woman who took our order was so lovely. Really charming place with beautiful plants and ample seating while you wait for your food to go. I loved it and will definitely go next time I'm in Penrith

Staying at Centre Parc’s and didn’t want to spend a fortune on site. Found the lotus online.Ordered a takeaway. When we got it home the portions were full to the brim and super tasty. We will definitely be back

We were staying at Center Parcs (Whinfell) nearby and ordered for a party of 7 plus a child .Great service. It was tipping down with rain and they boxed up the food and covered it with foil and taped that down. Food was very nice.(Good Portions) Large chicken fried rice was huge, at least 3 portions. Singapore chow mein was really tasty. Sweet and sour chicken balls was good also. Thank-you so much. No complaints from us. Mike & Rachael. Mid Wales.

We visit Center Parcs every year, but we’ve noticed that the takeaway prices have been getting more expensive — a portion of fried noodles costs £16, which is even pricier than in some restaurants! We’re from Edinburgh, where living costs aren’t exactly cheap either. So, we decided to check out a Chinese takeaway recommended on Google. We ordered a starter and six main dishes, which came to around £50 — great value for money. Not only was the food tasty, but the service was excellent too. My husband went to pick up the food (about a 10-minute drive), and he said the owner was very friendly and chatty. Overall, it was a really satisfying dining experience, and we highly recommend it!
